No. The freeway cars keep their motion the same, it's the job of the on ramp cars to adjust and merge in.

где , где ??? Покажите эту дорогу такого уровня, чтобы на ней небыло соответственных знаков и правильной разметки..... Это не две встречающ. дороги ведущие на дачу, где одно авто проедит и жди следующ. На видео явно автострада и на ней полюбому должны быть знаки, разметка правильная и полоса разгона.
