Mine was dx’ed by a reknowned Otoneurologist in Boston - but I already had dx’ed myself. Had it for 5 years since a severe BPPV attack which triggered panic attacks (my first ever). It is life destroying. Perimenopause exasperates it.

Is this curable or fixable? Can it be caused by anxiety or heightened stress?

What the heck do we do for it? It’s preventing me from driving and makes my vision appear blurry although eyes are fine

Since the fourth, I woke up rolled over and instantly I got dizzy. My eyes went to moving very crazy. I started throwing up. I’ve been dizzy since my head of the last I’ve been very late for my drops and my balance is off on my left. When the light hits my eyes, my eyes don’t stay straight. I get even more dizzy or when I’m in the car so now just stay in my under the covers. Doc said I have vertigo back in 2017 but I have never been this dizzy this long.

Walk walk walk …. I’ve had it a year. It’s improving. You need to face your triggers with curiosity. Stay with the anxiety. Go to the edge. Do not flood. Gain capacity, tolerance and trust. This is a very difficult situation , but it can get better. Stay away from negative ppl. I could go on with how I treat mine, but just know walking is key. Outside… nature. Add noise - cars. It’s not linear either. Never lose faith- it will tell your brain it needs to be vigilante. Watch the steady coach on YouTube.
