its technically "instant" because you already have it because creation is finished. so manifestation is not getting something or creating something, it's revealing what's already created in consciousness. if you're looking out to your 3d reality you will maybe not "see" it instantly but it doesn't matter because that's not where awareness should be placed anyways, it's like an echo. the second u decide, you have shifted to having it. and that's why you don't have to do anything else. but the echo that you physically see needs to catch up
