A&D actually clog the pores if used correctly aquaphor is recommended highly, if you glob it on too much then yes just like anything you put too much of can clog the pores. Aquaphor is specifically formulated to be semi-occlusive. It creates a protective barrier while still allowing oxygen to reach the wound.
