Yes it's siesta. I remember that in my secondary school years. It was mandatory and you could be punished for failing to comply with the rule. Thirty-five minutes after lunch. Followed immediately with the afternoon class known as the prep or afternoon preparation class before dinner.

I completely agree. 👍🏼 I take a quick nap daily n I feel so good after. I raised my kids to take daytime naps as well. N as adults they still do

They used to have naps in the beginning when I was teaching kindergarten then they cut them out. Can’t have our little soldier sleeping.
