what about feelings/thoughts that go through me so fast (when I identify with something for very long) I didn't have the time for conscience awareness to say "nice try" to them ? Because I did say "nice try" to a lot of thoughts but sometimes the thoughts go by so fast. Like for chronic states (being overweight for example)
