The alcohol thing is a United States law, not Disney. All establishments should ID all patrons but particularly those that appear to be younger than 40. If they don’t, they can get cited and a hefty fine.

The ID one is a big deal. I wasn’t ID’d until a week into my trip in the Winnie the Pooh Restaurant at Magic Kingdom and it was so irritating as we had paid for Disney dining which gets you one alcoholic drink per sit down meal (the package is so expensive you better milk it for everything 😵💫) and only had my UK drivers license. I wish they would make this more clear for visitors before hand as I didn’t even think about checking the rules for alcohol purchase 🫠

If you go to a popular ride and get there RIGHT before closing, the line usually goes by much faster. I had an estimated 85 minute wait for cosmic rewind and was out in about 40.

We found that you didn't need your actual passport. Just our drivers licence and a photo of our passports sufficed in everywhere we went in Disney.

Hi! Quick real-life Orlando transport question. We’re a family of 4 visiting with two kids aged 5 and 2. What’s it actually like using Uber/Lyft around Orlando with young kids? Do drivers usually refuse if you don’t have car seats, or do people manage short trips to Walmart/outlets/Topgolf/Disney hotels? Trying to decide if we need to rent a car. It's funny cause we didn't get ID'd at all whilst we were there! The only place was Beak and Barrel. I was so prepared with our passport as well 😆
