@bodycam_networkusa: Girl Runs From Police For The Worst Reason Ever On 11/4/23, An officer with the Des Moines Police Department, was on patrol Downtown when the officer got behind a car that had no Lights on His license plate making it difficult for the officer to read so he conducted a traffic stop.
