And this is exactly why me now at 22, I have a fear of moving out. I refuse to leave… it might even jeopardize my relationship eventually but I could care less. I want to stay with my parents and my brother for as long as possible. I love knowing I can wake up and they’re right there. As I’m getting older it gets harder because I’m growing out of my room, I need more space for my things but even then I went and got a storage unit for those things… family is all I’ve ever had. It’s only been us 4. I can’t imagine leaving /: crying now just typing this. Hope there isn’t anything wrong with me lol

Omg I thought I was the only one. I love my husband to death but I do this sometimes too. I just be driving home from my parents house and I think about the moments I had with my family everybody under one roof and sharing a room with my twin sister for 20 years and how easy life was living at home.

I just spent the morning at my moms lying on her couch watching tv and scrolling my phone. She kept coming up to me and giving me plates of food like she used too, than I had to leave and pick ip my own kids from school. I love being a mom but how I wish I was a teenager all over again

This but I also live right down the street from them, and it still aches knowing we’re so close but living completely different lives. Like, I drive by their house on the way to work just to see who is home knowing I can’t stop to say hi or I’ll be late, or drive by on the way home and wonder if it’s too late to stop in

my parents neighbors are selling their home and I've been trying to convince my fiance for us to buy it, but then it means delaying our wedding at least another year since our saving will go to the down payment 😭
