To anyone reading this I may be a stranger but I know how hard life can be and I know it can feel like the world is ending but I promise you it’s not, it will get better even if it doesn’t seem like it, to everyone who is struggling know your not alone, know that there are people there for you who love and care for you, people who want you here and who need you here, if you ever think your not enough I promise you now your enough just existing, your enough just being you and your enough for so many people, your the reason someone is happy the reason someone smiles even if you don’t see it. Pain is temporary and over time it will heal so please keep doing please keep staying strong because you are far stronger then you realise. To anyone who is struggling with urges of any kind u are strong enough to break free from them, just keep trying don’t give up on yourself because a bad day doesn’t erase progress you can break free of those urges, I believe in you, you got this and to anyone who wants to give up I just want you to know I may not know what your going through but I do know how you feel and i promise you it’s not the only way, this pain will end if you keep going if you keep moving forward, because there is a light at the end of the tunnel and you are closer then you think to feeling like yourself again so please don’t rob yourself of the chance to be happy again, to feel love again and to feel like you again. You may be lost now but you can be found because a bad day, bad week even a bad month doesn’t mean a bad life, you are loved for, cared for, and enough for so many people so please don’t leave us, because it doesn’t get rid of the pain but instead gives it to someone else, please stay give life another chance let it show you it’s not all just pain. And if no one has told you today I’m proud of you, I’m proud of you for being you, for moving forward, for being here right now, I’m proud of you for existing I know how hard life is so I’m proud of you for every battle you have faced alone. your not alone and you can do this stay strong.

I don’t know you, or anyone in the comment section, but I promise you will be okay. There is so so so much more to life than anything that’s hurting you, you just haven’t had the chance to see it yet. Life is beautiful, please stay!! It may not be okay now, but it eventually will be. Time truly does heal, it could take a few days or even years, but no matter what everything will be okay in the end, and you will be so grateful you chose to stay. Everything happens for a reason, there has been countless times I haven’t believed in that, but at the end of the day it is true. You may not know the reason now, but there is one and it will all make sense soon enough. I know it doesn’t make sense, why would there be a reason behind you hurting? Trust the process, god only knows. Please talk to someone because you are worth so much and do not deserve to feel like this, there are so many people there for you that care about you and would happily listen to you rant for hours upon hours, now whether they show that they care or if they try keep it more quiet, I promise you they do. If you ever need someone to talk to and feel like you have nobody, I’ll always be here for genuinely any person, just send a message. I know that in this sort of mindset where you’re struggling it’s hard to realise how many people genuinely do love you, how many people it would impact if you were gone, how many people would’ve been here for you. Trust me, you may not realise it but I promise you have a purpose! You’re here for a reason. This could possibly be your only life, if it’s not then it’s the one you’re living now, so make the most of it. No person should lose their life early under any circumstances. Go out there and accomplish your goals. You can do anything if you set your mind to it, be the best version of you possible. Prove everyone wrong! So many successful people have dealt with mental health problems and look at them now. I promise pain is temporary, dying is not, do not ever fix a temporary problem with a permanent solution. Yes, there are such pains that never seem to go away, but they gradually fade away, it may hit at random moments, but it’s never forever.
