If this isn’t rage bait you missed the movie I think. She wasn’t possessed btw just compelled by the wish. She could’ve liked him but he didn’t give her the choice. She asked if he liked her and he said no. Real Nikki kept fighting to come back but wish Nikki wouldn’t let her. She even tried to get him to unalive her because she doesn’t know what’s happening. His response was “What’s so bad about being with me?” So yes he’s the villain. He could’ve reversed it or tried to at any point in the story but he chose not to because he didn’t care what Nikki actually wanted. Who cares if she hooked up with his friend? Which was never confirmed. Only that she said she saw Bear as a brother when talking to another girl who she knows likes him. Which Bear was going to kiss before wish Nikki unalived her. Bear was absolutely the villain. He didn’t know the wish would do that but he hoped it would. Everything after the wish he chose to do. He just didn’t want her to be “weird”. When it wasn’t going his way he wanted out. He literally neglected his own cat to the point where it ate medicine from a cabinet because it was starving. Bear is the villain for sure.

It was rape, he did know it wasn’t her. He then speaks to the real her and ignored her please for help to instead be selfish and talk about himself. And even after all that he tell fake her that “I want you to act like nikkie” when fake nikkie apologized for acting crazy for the 78th time in the move
