You see, this man right here has said everything!!! Absolutely true. Customer experience is the greatest ROI investment you can get. Invest in the training your staff. I can never over emphasize on customer experience, it’s never about the product or price but how the customer feels .

At Douglas Luxury Apartments we had no problems when our apartments are empty. The problems started the moment the guests walked in. We solved this through training, feedback from guests using google reviews, and we work on what our guests say. Guest Experience at Douglas Luxury Apartments is fantastic now... the best Airbnb in Accra. Preparation. Training. Guest Baby-sitting and finally Guest respect. That is why our units are always full.

I was old school trained in hospitality by old waiters & waitresses while in university , you can’t be sitting around when a customer walks in. You gotta smile & you have to be genuinely concerned with their needs. Whole time none of us were earning much but they loved the job. Wish to return to it but the Ghanaian hospitality landscape has really changed.
