Yes 👌 I went on a course for chronic pain management and it worked, it creates new pathways as pain registers in the same spot up the spine into the brain, so we do other things to counteract the change of the old pathways and develop new ones. I couldn't walk bed ridden for 12 months and now live a normal physical life. The brain is a very powerful tool and many dropped out of the sessions and I preserved, fought and believed in myself willing it and then shifted into my power. 🤍💫💫💫💫

Jesus Christ talked about this transformation of your mind but never spoke about turning to yourself but to HIM, because us He said without ME you can do nothing, you may think you achieved peace and happiness and healing but as Jesus Christ said what benefits a man to gain the whole world if in the end he loses his soul? Egoism and pride will destroy the soul because it loses contact with God and begins to have illusions of selfishness that do not come from the Spirit of God = Holy Spirit, because the Frequency that God works is love and humility=i cannot make it by my own effort and works. The good works is the fruits= result of the Holy Spirit working inside you after you humble yourself and admit Jesus Christ then you are born again in HIS spirit= Holy Spirit. Therefore you can't mention Jesus Christ and completely twist His message by picking a verse that suits your ideas of self saving.
