You both should get tested with your daughter at a reputable hospital. I hate to say this but it has happened before and it is very rare that the hospital has switched babies. I am not saying this is the case but it could be possible. If he did one of those self tests they do mess up a lot and should get tested properly with the both of you.

Retest in a reputable hospital. It’s very rare, but some people have two kinds of DNA. This can be a reason why tests show up negative even though the mother only slept with the father. This case may need a lot more tests and research.
