can you explain more of when you prescribe medication how this works? assuming the patients still have insurance for medications and maybe other doctors but pay you directly for your time with them? i am so interested in this route but slightly confused on logistics of it

How do you not get burnt out? I feel like letting patients have access to me 24/7 would lead to more burnout. Do you have certain boundaries/how do you prevent overly needy patients?
