Layer in this order: Lasagna pasta sheets Shredded oxtail Béchamel sauce Baby spinach Gouda and Parmesan cheese Repeat the layers until the dish is full. For the final layer, add a generous amount of cheese to create a rich golden crust. 6. Bake Place the lasagna into the oven and bake until: The pasta is fully cooked The cheese is melted The top is golden and crispy Serve Let the lasagna rest slightly before slicing.
