I was the exact same way in my nanny career in the beginning and I would babysit on weeknights and weekends and then I experienced burnout your days off are for you so you don’t get caregiver burnout just remember that always remember the kids may like the babysitter, but they do prefer you over that random person because you spent the time getting to know them in building relationships

Low-key literally as much as I love them they get charged a much lower rate than my regular random Babysitting families and I’ve told them my Babysitting great but they keep paying me my nanny rate 😂 I feel like I should say something, but I don’t really mind too much. He’s asleep most of the time.
