Adapted from Northern Italian pork braised in milk. Sounds gross, but is incredible, better when you remove the meat and reduce the sauce to thicken. 👍

One of the best recipes I’ve ever made. Mine was with the whole chicken. When I say SWOON? Yeah. It was exactly that.

You need to try but we call in eastern Canada hodgepodge. It’s your garden fresh veggies, carrots, beans, yellow, and green potatoes and peas cooked and cream with lots of butter and salt and pepper. It is absolutely delicious. Google Nova Scotia hodgepodge and thank me later.🤣🥰

Ma'am those sausage pinwheels you touted took me three times to get good enough to serve guests. Now we're at the Crossroads of chicken and milk. I don't know what's right or what's real anymore

I'd have to make a thickening for that milk. That doesn't look good. Milk gravy would be better 💯💯💯

Try Samin Nosrat's buttermilk brine roast chicken. You won't ever want to do it any other way.

Actually that’s not Jamie. There’s a French recipe- “poulet en crème,” which is an old provençiale recipe. It’s in Julia’s cookbook and in other traditional French cooking bibles as well. 😁😁😁
