Does it help if my knees give out like if they are weak cuz I’m knocked kneed but sometimes when I walk or active my knees aren’t strong enough n give out… hope im making sense

I’ll have to get one for my right knee, I also have knock knees and my right knee got really swollen after leg day, it’s better now bc I let it rest for 3 weeks but I want to get back to working out already, so I’ll definitely be trying this
