I think many fail to understand exactly how hard it is to actually shower, even undressing, and then getting dressed again, it’s almost impossible. It’s absolutely not happening here on a daily. I may end up wearing my loose pj’s for multiple days in a row. I literally have to stop ever two seconds and sit down. If I am brushing my teeth, that’s luck.

I dont even want to image i have a weird thing where my heart rate spikes to like 130 and it makes it hard to breathe and I hate just that and thats nothing compares to having a lung disease
