@_dylanshannon: 5 Exercises to POWERMAXX: 💥 Sprints: 10-40 yard sprints with full recoveries in between each rep 💥 Broad Jumps: seated, continuous, kneeling for 10-20 total reps 💥 Vertical Jumps: seated, continuous, kneeling for 10-20 reps 💥 Power Cleans: 3-5 sets of 1-3 reps 💥 Med Ball Throws: backwards toss, forward toss, Side throw for 10-20 total reps Max effort sprinting, jumping for max distance and height, moving weight with intent and tossing med balls are all great ways to develop explosive power. I program power work in my training 3-4x a week. I do my jumps and cleans to start lower body days and then aim to sprint 2x a week. With power work it’s all about max intent followed by full recoveries. For sprints I aim for distances between 10-40 yards, jumps & throws 10-20 total reps and cleans 3-5 sets of 1-3 reps. Eso ya es sobrepeso, por más que esté saludable la gravedad no distingue entre peso de grasa o peso de músculo, los órganos y las articulaciones tobillos, rodillas, codos, hombros lo van a sentir así como la columna y hasta puede afectar en la calidad del sueño, saludablemente no saludable.
