He’s allergic to something he’s eating. I had to change my Frenchie to food for dogs fresh food instead of kibble.

So many great comments and suggestions! I had this same issue and I tried one after another until I found what worked for mine. I also did alot of research regarding food, vitamins, allergies, and yeast. Dr Harveys has some AMAZING products as well.

Cytapoint shot, no chicken products, oatmeal baths, ask the vet for medicated wipes, veterinary formula products are really good. Wipe his paws after each walk. These have helped my frenchie tremendously

He looks like he is also running a dry eye issue. He needs medicated drops to help with his eye. The vet will need to preform a teardrop exam to determine how much he is producing.
