@beccascontent: 2 loaves of bread with milling my own flour! 🍞 880g flour (I used 660g hard white and 220g hard red) 528 warm water 62g olive oil 95g honey 2 eggs 16g instant yeast 19g salt Mix all the ingredients EXCEPT salt and yeast. Let autolyse for 20 min. Add salt and yeast and knead for 10 min. Let rise to double in size. Shape into loaves and let rise again.
