I argue that capitalism is not about who owns the means of production but the ever growing, accumulation and concentration of power. That's why it creates poverty because if money equals power and you need to concentrate power in an ever closing spiral, you need other people to have less and less power too..

I take this book out of the library regularly. I have to admit that I do have to put it down in between chapters. It’s not warm and fuzzy at all. It’s a great history book that needs to be in every home.
