This man does not appear to be Sudanese or Somali. He looks more like he may be from somewhere in Africa, such as Senegal or Chad. It seems as though he may have been used by others to carry out his actions, giving them an excuse to attack immigrants and Muslims. Northern Ireland has long been known for problems related to racism and discrimination.
