As a lawyer, you know defense attorneys have a say in jury selection. Also putting a defendant on the stand to testify goes horribly wrong 9 times out of 10.

I’m wondering what appeal basis will arise. One that i think may be at least worth bringing up is that judge should have recused based on relationship with people involved in case but idk enough about the case

jury unanimously denied self-defense and manslaughter. Anthony got 35 years, eligible for parole after his sentence is complete, and in Texas you don’t get reduced sentencing for good conduct if you’re charged with murder. gonna be rough
