Lol this is how most of us feel using Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows or most of the Microsoft released software. It’ll work when you get to the end, but the amount of effort to get there… and the UI might be vastly different the next time you start your software because of some random update. my wife goes to the library to use their quiet room to take ITIL tests and they panic because there is a window and a door. I don't know how you're supposed to get in the room without one or the other.

I had the same experience with one on the Linux academy exam. I gave up and said I won't certify and I will retain the knowledge I have by some other means. and recently again, with all these requirements I almost had the same thought , going into a center and sit the exam..

While tech certainly aren’t that extreme, they are similar with intrusive software, room scanning, etc. The only acceptable option for me was a fresh laptop that I could wipe after.
