I used to get downloads as information in various forms of words, visuals or mental concepts, that rarely happens anymore. Now it's "just" frequencies my body works really hard to adjust to and allow deeper into the system, sometimes it's really intense, other times I just rest, and it feels really "silent" in my field. The so-called channeling stopped years ago, and honestly I'm quite happy to not receive "messages" anymore, I'd rather be an anonymous transmitter of whatever my so-called higher self is guided to pour into my vessel, or recoil as you describe it. I used to feel a deep sense of purpose, a burning fire to share, but right now it's quiet, detached, neutral, feels like there's nothing to share that would be truly received at this time in our collective experience of a shared reality. Not because I'm more "elevated" or "evolved", that is not possible as I see things, but because my inner truth and perception of reality can't be conceptualized or understood by the mind and cognitive tools. It truly has no value to the mind itself, as it makes no sense the moment it's translated into human language and symbols. The compression of my inner truth creates a dissonance in the field, not resonance, if it is expressed through the mental concepts in the current energetic construct of the 3D environment (created for human experience/evolution). If I try to verbalize it I sound crazy at its best 🤭 At first it caused me a lot of grief, now I kind of enjoy the lack of pressure and sense of obligation to participate in the collective process of remembering and restructuring. Funny part is that I don't remember much myself these days, but I've never been more aligned to my inner truth 😆 Still interesting and enjoyable to listen to information other people transmit through as words and concepts, as long as it carries a certain level of awareness, and the "right " frequencies to my human preferences 💕 Thank you for your human contribution, it's refreshingly different from the more common streams of consciousness, (re)appearing in our shared field of potential awareness and expanded perception ☀️
