I’m looking for a good lash curler. Can’t find a good one. Sheseido did not do it for me. Tried Sephora - C-Curl and a million tries from Amazon and Olive Young. Someone help me!! 😭

Is it okay to use on lower lashes and does it smudge? I have oily lids and the only mascara that doesnt smudge on me is heroine make but i want to try this for a more natural look

I use a similar one from Etude House.. it lift my lashes without looking like a panda on normal mascara
