Apple cider vinegar? I’m looking at the ingredients of Cecred. I don’t think it contains it at all. Its main ingredient that is doing the refreshing is the fermented purple willow bark extract that chemically exfoliates dead skin, etc. As well as soothing and moisturizing ingredients.
