After His death and resurrection, Jesus ascended to heaven and now stands as our Advocate, speaking on our behalf. When we fall short, face trials, or struggle with weakness, Jesus does not abandon us. Instead, He presents His finished work on the cross before the Father, securing mercy, grace, and forgiveness for all who believe in Him. The Bible says in Hebrews 7:25, "Therefore He is able to save completely those who come to God through Him, because He always lives to intercede for them." Jesus understands our pains, temptations, and challenges because He walked among us and experienced human life. As our High Priest, He sympathizes with our weaknesses and invites us to approach God's throne with confidence. Because Jesus intercedes for us, we can live with assurance, knowing that we are not alone. His prayers are perfect, His love is unchanging, and His advocacy is eternal. Through His intercession, we receive strength for today, hope for tomorrow, and the promise of everlasting life.
