I only eat healthy and then because of menopause I got middle age spread and it sucks and it's upsetting me and then I pig out on dang sugar products! I'm upset that is at our finger tips. I see how much my body's changed no matter all the good stuff I only touch and then I cave ,like a hidden depression.🤦

Living a healthy life without health issues is something we humans should all pray for. This is a short story about my journey to overcome a deadly virus called herpes. Honestly, I had tried many medications, but none helped me. Good health is priceless, and I thank God for every day of wellness.
