I once judged a cannon ball competition at a hotel pool for a group of children I had never met before lol it was great

I love parents who understand that childhood is messy, loud and full of accidental cannonball splash zones 😂 the world feels a little lighter when people choose patience instead of frustration. I spent years feeling exhausted, uncomfortable and disconnected from myself while taking care of everyone else. Then someone in a moms group suggested Eat Like a Woman Protocol (by loren green). Ended up losing 32 lbs, getting steady energy back and finally having the energy to enjoy moments like these instead of stressing through them. Love it. Feels like a secret nobody talks about enough.

Childfree here and it doesn’t bother me when kids are kids. I used to do cannon balls, splash around. Now my thoughts are “if I don’t want to be possibly splashed by kids, il go somewhere else because kids deserve fun”

My daughter was playing with the fountains at Great wolf lodge and accidentally had her hands to where it sprayed a BRAND new baby directly in the face.. she freezes and I’m ready to fight but the mom and dad walk up to my daughter and go “it’s okay babe, things happen. We aren’t mad at you and we love that you are having fun” ❤️❤️

I CANNOT STAND to be splashed in a pool, so I keep my booty out when kids are there. they only get 1 childhood.

My husband and I were thanked the other day for talking to this one couples son. He was disabled and swimming by us just jabbering. He couldn't speak sentences. She said " thank you guys so much for treating him like he's a regular child" thank goodness I was wearing sunglasses because I started crying. 😭 My husband and I love all kids!
