The only way you get a mail-in ballot in California is when you REGISTER to vote and provide proof of residency. A lot of people register to vote at the DMV.

One guy from Arizona was upset when they asked for the last 4 of his SSN to confirm his identity. He was also super pissed he got a provisional ballot instead of a regular one.

What I don’t understand is why do people CARE who our mayor is in Los Angeles?? Like what does it mean to you guy from small town in I don’t know Tennessee?? What we are doing over here.
