@janegarrett_: I had so much fun in Miami during Miami swim week. I enjoyed exploring the city and walking the runway to represent all curvy voluptuous women! I really enjoy modeling as a form of self expression and it definitely brings out an alter ego version of me that’s embodying my dream self and energy. I was struggling recently with lower self esteem and negative thoughts. My confidence went down the roof and I felt a sense of self abandonment. I realized that’s because I kept abandoning myself. Self abandonment is what ruins confidence. How you build confidence is by keeping the promise you make to yourself. This creates self trust which creates confidence in what you do and who you are. I started rebuilding habits and doing what I said I’d do. I started taking action even when I didn’t feel ready and that created momentum and confidence in myself came.
