@surgephilly: I was harassed, stalked, and swarmed by a pride mob while their bearded ringleader grabbed me as I tried to cover the Philadelphia Pride March. They followed us around and impeded our movement in an attempt to get us to leave and stop covering the march. When we refused to give in and continued our coverage, they grew violent. Tensions reached a boiling point after the bearded man dressed in a skirt grabbed us. I promptly informed him that we do have a right to defend ourselves and to not touch us to avoid complications. To avoid further escalation we alerted a female officer about the situation. She swiftly got the situation under control, took our report, and told the man to GET LOST. Why are these pridesters so hostile and violent?
