@cakesby_annamaria: 🌷 Easy 4‑Ingredient Edible Flowers Ingredients: 220g white chocolate 18g gelatine powder 70g water Oil based colour powder Method: Bloom gelatine with water. Melt chocolate. Melt the gelatine mix and add desired amount of colour. Combine melted chocolate and melted gelatine together and mix until fully incorporated. Use a piping bag to fill silicone molds. Freeze for 1–2 hours. Remove flowers from the molds and use them to decorate cakes or eat. Notes: I’ve used some titanium dioxide but that’s optional as some countries aren’t allowed to use it.
