I call this Swamp Potatoes!!! and if you switch out the green beans for eggs you can make a batch and put it in a tortilla for breakfast burritos!!

I make this but add Cajun seasoning and stick it in the crockpot. We call it swamp potatoes.

I make this with two boxes of cheese scalloped potatoes from Aldi and a can of corn and green beans and sausage. Add everything according to the box and all the other ingredients. Follow the directions on box. We call it hot dish

Fresh green beans, golden little yellow potatoes, any sausage you want half a container of the garlic Parm from Webster in the Insta pot with very little water for 15 minutes
