Many decades ago I ran with a car crowd. Almost everyone got their alignments done with equivalent weight in the front seat - but they were also getting tuned alignments at specialty shops.

i use to keep 4) 50lbs sandbags next to the alignment rack. and would adjusted accordingly to how much i guessed the driver weighed.
