Hey guys, I know we are proud of our Great Lakes, but yes, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, etc are ALL landlocked states. Landlocked means you do not have access to international waters such as a sea or ocean without having to go through another state or country's territory.

As someone born and raised in Nebraska as well, yes it sucks, no I wouldn’t recommend living here (maybe only visit for the zoo), and I didn’t see the ocean in person until I was 21 🫠
