So I had this problem too, I can’t gain weight to save my life but I found a way please try it. So the times ur gonna wanna eat a lot is when u first wake up and when u go to bed. When u first wake up stay away from water until after u eat a meal or two. In the morning I have ceral, one that I can eat a lot of and drink all the milk, salad with ranch croutons and u can add onions if u like, peaches,. Through out the day snack all day on gummies, small bags of chips, fruits. For lunch have stuff with peanut butter(ex.pbj) and oatmeal, a banana, double fudge brownie. Randomly get fries at McDonald’s here n there not everyday, but chicken sandwhiches, dinner have chicken, Turkey, steak, shrimp, fish as options with a veggie and fruit on the side, then snack a little more on small snacks like pub mix, cheeseitz, then before u hit the try to eat any type of pasta weather spegetti, or a pasta salad just some kind of noodle. Also go on Google and look up ur blood type diet it will blow ur mind. Basically it will tell u what foods u should eat based on ur blood type which is basically what our ancestors primarily ate and are body digest the best
