@hungonshclinga: Dim sum 🥟 fueled anterior day. First time I’ve switched my split in 1.5 years now 💔. I still am 100% an upper/lower enthusiast but with my knee injury this makes it significantly more enjoyable to lift and lift more frequently. Knee getting better by the day tho no doubt. Also tapped into some yo pill isometrics. Doing single leg leg extension isometrics w full stack j tryna do a rep to train my quads since I can’t even do 40lbs on leg extension. Hopefully maintain some muscle well w these @Breathedivinity #gym #fyp
