@foxnews189: INTERESTING UPDATE IN THE KARMELO ANTHONY SENTENCING The jury is now considering something called “sudden passion” during the punishment phase. If the jury finds sudden passion does not apply, the sentencing range is 5 to 99 years, or life. But if the jury finds sudden passion does apply, the range drops to 2 to 20 years.
