My hairdresser had me wear a grab clip almost everyday for 2 years. My hair only came down after my salon visit on the way home or when prepping for bed. You will never achieve long healthy hair if you put aesthetics first.

And that’s the thing. People like the idea of long hair but they don’t like the execution. If you watch enough content, a lot of these ppl with long natural hair, have consistent routines, and they stick to their program. It’s not complicated. It can be a long process. you can experience setbacks, but it ain’t complicated.
