Claude Code v2.1.117 removed the dedicated Grep and Glob tools and routed search through Bash instead, which silently broke Graphify's hook — the hook matched on tool names "Glob|Grep" and never fires on the new architecture (Robo Rhythms) . If you're on a recent Claude Code version, the automatic redirection may simply not be working right now
