The 5 moves shown here are some of my favorites: ✔️alt shoulder press ✔️alt upright row ✔️bent arm lat raises ✔️alt front raises ✔️around the world And yes, all of these can be done with just a pair of dumbbells. That doesn’t mean you need to lift the heaviest weights you own. Choose a weight that allows you to control every rep with good form, then gradually increase the challenge as you get stronger. Remember: Strong shoulders aren’t built by constantly changing exercises. They’re built by showing up consistently and getting a little stronger over time. One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that you need cable machines and a fully stocked gym to build defined, strong shoulders. The truth?
