I did everything I could BEFORE starting a GLP-1. Plant based diet, exercise and weight training 5 days a week. I am insulin resistant due to a total radical hysterectomy. My A1C kept going higher and higher despite everything. I had to start a GLP-1 to get that under control. Weight loss was not my concern. I know I am not in the majority here but I wanted to live for my kids and having health issues at 44 was not going to help with that.

I do find it shitty when a brand claims to be inclusive and go against what they claim they are by getting rid of their plus size clothing. Buying clothing as a plus sized woman is hard enough.
