@sweavelifts: when i say 8-10, as usual, i mean failing or close to failure in that range. usually if I can get 10 or 12 i’ll up the weight a bit if it’s safe to do so or worth it. prioritize form on a lot of these. ALSO- I like to do RDLs as well and think i’ll do them every other leg day and swap them out with hamstring curls or smth. ALSO NOT IN VIDEO- ad/abductors: usually do 2-3 sets each direction and do 12-15 reps really focusing on ROM and form. my leg days have been all over the place but i’m going to stick to doing this twice a week bc i think it’s pretty well rounded for me. #legday #routine
