Hii guys, just sharing my experience in our condo. we have experienced the same incident, bursting of bidet that caused serious flooding inside our condo that eventually reached the elevator of the condo. the electronic parts of the elevator were damaged and since the water leak originated at our unit, we are the one who is liable for the damage in elevator parts which cost 120k plus for the repair. good thing we have insurance for our condo unit that covers water leak and third party property damage that lessen our loss and pay for the repair of the elavator. If anyone here would like to have insurance for your condo units, kindly pm me, I might be able to help you.

Maraming beses na nangyari to sakin ee. Sumabog na bidet or faucet due to water pressure. Mas madalas kapag gabi. Kaya high quality fixtures na lagi hinahanap ko.
