Rn i am struggling to adapt dgn new environment and new colleagues huhuhu. Beza sgt dgn previous company yg memang waktu lunch like suasana hidup hiruk pikuk. Doakan me can adapt and handle myself very well

betul. ada satu company tu best. mcm rumah. tenang. bau dia. suasana dia. management dia sangat nice. turun naik sukahati mcm jiran je. takde seniority ke apa. semua mcm kakak2 mak2 je. semua benda share. letak 1 tempat share sama2. tapi setakat ni takde lagi workplace current yg boleh fight dgn workplace 1 ni. AND ujiannya sgt berat… it does give me memories, sweet…. but i choose money for now 🥹

I wanted to step out of my comfort zone, so I left the company I'd been with for almost 14 years. After 9 months, I'm still adjusting and even questioning myself. I achieved so much at my old job. Moving on is the hardest part, but we can't have everything we want, so sacrifices have to be made... and sometime still receive a call from the client and to say I'm no longer working with XXX hit me so bad.

this is me dah nak dekat setahun dah resign dari tempat lama sebab company lama ada financial issue (if takde issue tu memang takde plan nak resign pun), tapi until now still compare tempat sekarang dgn tempat lama

Saya resign after a month baru masuk company baru, org kata jgn resign skrg if tak ada backup plan sbb susah cari kerja, tapi lantak la sbb mental health aku lebih penting compare to kerja. Company lama takde pon nak torture mental, company baru ni, masuk 2 minggu mcm-mcm dah kena.

Same,dh nak staun kt comp baru tpi tahla jiwa mmg x kene rela keje shift dri ofis hour,keje x menimbun mcm skrg.sume tmpt stress sume tmpt ade toxic but it came to workload,i just cant. Nk nangis sumpah

Kantorku yg sblmnya terasa lebih hangat suasananya drpd yg skrg 😢 walaupun benefit yg skrg lebih bagus tp ga semenyenangkan di tempat dulu.. kangen bgt. My ex boss just sent me the gift from her hajj yesterday, she still remembered me 🥹🥺

My current situation. Company lama environment best, stabil and dekat dngan rumah. But because of the slow career growth and new management issues at that time so I had to leave 😢

Worplace lama, gaji kecik & workload bnyak. Tp that was the first place aku belajar mcm mana jd interim lead sementara, belajar management skills etc padahal bru 26 tahun waktu tu. Workplace now? Gaji besar, workload besar and toxic. Keje lama dlu wlaupun penat and keje night shift tp smua happy

So do i, baru sebulan di company baru. From MNC company for 10yrs to local company, wlaupun ada pengalaman pahit dgn local company. Rindukan work life balance, rindu all the colleague, rindu toilet, 🤣 tp hidup berubah ikut keadaan, priority berubah. Lets move forward, 💪
